Infection protection measures in connection with the SARS-COV-2 pandemi

Access to the Pension “Alte Post” is not permitted for people if they:

– are proven to be infected with SARS-COV-2

– reveal at least one symptom that indicates a SARS-COV-2 infection (we reserve the right to arrange for a check-out if symptoms are identified, as we are also responsible for other guests.)

– have had direct contact with a person proven to be infected with SARS-COV-2 within the past 14 days, unless this contact took place while exercising a profession in health care or nursing while observing the protective precautions that are typical for the profession

– within the past 14 days at any time before entering the Free State of Saxony in a risk area as defined in section 1.2.7. have stayed and do not present a medical certificate stating that no SARS-COV-2 infection can be determined (negative certificate).

– if you go on a tourist trip and the average incidence of the last 7 days in the district of Zwickau exceeds 50 per 100,000 inhabitants.

 

Our hygiene measures:

– Please submit a daily updated SARS-COV-2 test, proof of vaccination or proof of recovery from an average incidence of 50 per 100,000 inhabitants in the Zwickau district over the last 7 days

– In the case of an average incidence of over 50 per 100,000 inhabitants in the Zwickau district in the last 7 days, we require proof of service or a service order from you

– a friendly smile replaces the handshake

– Please wear suitable mouth and nose protection throughout the building

– Please use the disinfectant dispenser set up to disinfect your hands when entering the guest house

– A disinfectant dispenser is also available in the breakfast room, e.g. to disinfect your hands before serving at the buffet

– However, the buffet is only offered if the guests are part of the family (they are related)

– Please keep a minimum distance of 2.00 m throughout the building

– Please sneeze and cough in the crook of your arm

– Pay attention to correct hand hygiene (washing and disinfecting)

– Please do not share personal items

– We disinfect the doorknobs, handrails and light switches in the entire building every day, after each guest, everything in the room that the guest might have touched is disinfected. – The rooms are ventilated at regular intervals (e.g. the breakfast room after breakfast)

– We wear gloves and suitable mouth and nose protection when preparing and serving breakfast

– After breakfast, the table linen is changed and tables and chairs are disinfected

– the dishes are washed in the dishwasher at approx. 70 degrees. Objects that cannot be rinsed (such as coffee pots, bread baskets, egg warmers, …) are disinfected after breakfast

– We wear mouth and nose protection for all customer contact

– We regularly (after each guest) wash the bedding, throw pillows and tablecloths in the guest rooms and disinfect the mattresses

– Bed linen is cleaned in the laundry under special hygiene conditions (at 90 degrees)

– Table linen, towels, throw pillows, bedding and blankets are washed by us with a hygienic cleaner at at least 60 degrees

– Disposable gloves and aprons are worn when cleaning the rooms

– While the rooms are being cleaned, the windows are opened and sufficient ventilation is provided, as is the case in the stairwell

– A suitable disinfectant cleaner is used to clean the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen

– Keys and pens are disinfected after use

– Giveaways in the guest rooms are exchanged or disinfected after each guest

– We always keep up to date with the current hygiene regulations of the Free State of Saxony

Ms. Beate Schmidt is responsible for the implementation and control of the hygiene measures as well as the contact person
